Microsoft is going with EyeToy2. It kind of seems limited, they will probably face the same problems as Eyetoy as well.
What I mean by limited is, the interaction with an object in a game. If it does work, it looks amazing for fighting games. But FPS, or a Sword game, or a racing game, or and RPG, it doesn't seem to work. How am I suppose to hold a gun :f6: The ad was really far-fetched
Sony's PSP, DS still outweighs it on games.
EDIT: Nintendo doesn't make it's big appeals anymore at E3. They usually do it at their own Japanese Convention (Which now only happens when they release a new console), or other Japanese Conventions, from the past few years.
