Unless you want to berserk all the time, you don't really need that much HP at Zakum. The max he hits is about 3050 with his falling flame blocks, and they have an easy animation to spot. It's pretty easy to see his 2 specific damage attacks (lightning and the flame pillars) coming, which do about 2700 and 3000. But if there are mobs around it gets laggy and I wouldn't want to rely on that.

Sometimes the flaming pillars cannot be avoided. I'd say be prepared to tank any attack Zakum throws at you.
