As for the order of operations, I'm beginning to think it makes more sense now if all the multipliers come before defense.
This way, the weapon order and the magic order are the same.
I'll color it blue, just in case, but it seems more logical now.
Oh, and personally, I believe Arrow Bomb is actually 40% of the skill percent. So at max it'd be 130%*40% = 52%. Make sense?
