Any good WindBreaker builds?

It's a waste of 30 skill points. You'll rarely use it, and you'll rarely want to use it.

Isaac, you can move the points you put at 100 and 110 earlier, since you can dump all three into Hurricane and Expertise, like tzk did. So you can have your 30 second Puppet at 97 instead of 100, and still get max Hurricane immediately, etc.

Also, why 19 Strafe?

What else are you gonna put the points in?
