See it like uhm... All attacks trigger it, and it's like band of thieves, except for Strikers, Sparks only attacks 3 monsters within a specific range of the target that gets hit by the Striker's attack itself... It has nothing to do with the Sprite itself.
So like, if you attack a monster with Barrage, Sparks attacks 3 surrounding monsters of the attacked monster. It's kinda hard to explain...
AFAIK, Sparks can't critical though... but still... it's quite nice, especially when you're CSB dancing around the map!
