I dropped FMA, so I don't know about that but I think you should continue Basara. You'd not actually missing much since the plot still hasn't really gone anywhere, but it's pretty enjoyable just to watch these macho men do some crazy stuff. There are very annoying characters in Yukimura and Sasuke, but

Kannagi 14: This definitely is a Kannagi episode, typical but nice in that way too. I'm not really a fan of Zange but I enjoyed that scene with her enticing Takako. Not much Tsugumi even in the special.
About Saki, I wonder why did they change back to the original ED.
