Talk to Atheus after you have killed the Lycanthrope; you will obtain a flame elixer/lightning elixer.
Go to the (insert map here) and drop the elixer at the (insert object here) and a fire/cloud will form. Kill the fire/cloud and it will drop essence of flame/lightning.
Bring the essence to your instructor and he will give you your second quest.

Feel free to add anything in there.
