As for charging the bar, it's extremely hard for high-levels to fully charge it, since the bosses are missing you half the time.

EDIT: I made it to Crog again today. It summoned like FOUR Jr Rogs, I was going WTP@@@@ HOLY SHET. Again, I wouldn't have made it past if not for Chakra and BStep's ability to hit 2 mobs. Yay for reduced BStep delay
