If it makes you feel any better, I didn't get my first Stance20 until 392 Paps. How's that for legendary? And I've only gotten one BStep30 in 428 Paps.
Bow Expert20 is trash. Actually, even Brandish30 and Stance20 are hardly worth anything now. BStep30 and the recent addition of the Chaos Scroll seem to be the only real prizes left in Pap. I was lucky enough to find several Brandish30s back in the day when they were worth around 100m, though. Sorry.
