Maybe with sins so their damage can be MOAR LEET. But 7 Dex can't add enough attack to make it worthwhile for Bowmen.

If a warrior or a brawler is so hard up for 5-6 extra acc it would be much better to take that 2.1 billion and buy a better weapon/cape/glove/shoes.
