Thing to note: Partying > solo. There are 0 cons to partying unless you got noobs from ch 1.

1 con to partying is if you solo the bosses 100 times each, each one gives a medal, the final boss giving a medal with +5 weapon attack and some other stats.

Partying is good if you're just getting points though.
