He has invincibility (that blue buff) on for a lot of the match. At the time of making of that video, it would charge up for every hit you landed on the boss, so it charged up really fast. Now it only charges when you take damage, so it's no longer possible to stay permanently invincible.

Edit: Notice how when his invinicibility runs out he stands in the corner and dodges attacks and only attempts cheap shots on Mu Gong.
