About the KB/rush issue, this seems to be a fine balance between how much damage you're doing to a monster vs. how much you KB. Generally someone who consistently meets the monster's KB value wins, but it's never been a 100% guaranteed thing. For example, a high lvl NL brought a lvl 8x hermit along for Anego. Anego somehow broke the hold the NL had on it and proceeded to chase them down. However, when the NL was soloing Anego, he never had that problem.
From personal experience, I'm usually the only Paladin at CWKPQ, but I always win the KB war when Rellik's the only one left (KBs all the way from right to left =P). Sure, the opponents (all the 10+ ranged attackers) have to suffer from stuns, but they're pretty ferocious otherwise.
Red Nirg on the other hand... I don't have much luck with him.
