[SIZE="1"]Untrue. It doesn't effect all stats equally / the same.

as you can see, it took off anywhere from 2 - 5 att, 5 magic def, but only 1 def.

in this one...

it only took away from the defense.

and this one...

shows that it adds differing amounts as well.

I don't know if it is able to add AND subtract in one scroll as well though.[/SIZE]
