Ok, how much more "education" can they honestly do?

They could do more to tell people not to hack others and not use personal information to gain access to accounts. They can also tell you to use fake info, since chances are, information such as your last name and birthday are known by your friends and family, who may or may not play maple story. That and remind people that they are not alone in this world and there can always be someone peering over your shoulder.
