i call it
Cooldown Dashboard
for skills like enrage, heroes will, and echo of a hero its kind of hard to know when the cooldown runs out unless you have them hotkeyed in the right corner of the window. however i have all my supportive skills on my alphabetical keys and therefor cant see when the cooldown runs out. what i do is, i create a macro for each of them, containing only that skill and put them on my alpabetical keys instead. then i locate the non macro'd skill on the hotkey in the right button of my screen. that way i can see for heroes will and enrage (echo soon too) when i can use them again.
this also works for ressurect, time leap, and other cooldown skills.
