Orrrr it's because Most People don't buy leech, don't train 8 hours a day, and haven't made it to Corsair yet. 4th job takes a while regardless of class - this one came out (iirc) 8 months ago. For that matter, a lot of people who play MS aren't just gonna drop their existing characters for a new one. If I want a strong 4th job character, the shortest route is to train 20 levels on my Hermit - not 130 on a new Pirate.
