Greg Wrote:I'm talking majority, like anyone else referring to vidya game classes would. There's always going to be some people who enjoy what most hate (Paladins, Permabeginners, etc), but christ, look at it from the big picture. Why there's barely any Corsairs around is obvious; nobody wants to put up with the 2nd and 3rd job. Who could blame them? Gunslingers are the weakest 2nd job, and Outlaws are the weakest 3rd; who would want to party with that? Train with that? Only your friends, that's who, because I'll be damned if anyone in this game's god-forsaken community would even double click on an Outlaw to check their level before even considering partying them.
Most people that leech their own characters tend to be 15x+ and don't want to put up with yet another grind to 4th job. Taking the gameplay seriously made me laugh; what's there to take seriously? The only thing that could be taken seriously in a game like this is competition between levels or attack ranges.
Get your facts straight, Outlaws are the strongest 1v1 class in 3rd job.
Anyway, control is important to me. I don't look at the numbers when I watch videos, I look at the aesthetics. Perfect timing / control is a lot more interesting to look at than Pap dying in 2 minutes. I have no problem with people leeching to whatever level they please. If for some reason I decided I needed to restart my Corsair I'd probably leech it, too, I've already gone through it once. I just think there's more to the game than the endgame. There's not much to do in terms of gameplay after level 140 except kill bosses.
