Did some testing of the heal formula:
Heal Recovery
MAX = something1 * Magic * Heal Level * Target Multiplier
MIN = something2 * Magic * Heal Level * Target Multiplier
something1 > 0.797
something2 < 0.617
On a limb I would say they are 0.8 and 0.6, but at least this puts a range on them..
