I once tried farming dark cloud foxtails for the Showa EQ to attempt for a BWG, but didn't come up with anything unluckily.
I'm wondering, since it's not a monster drop, if getting a BWG has the same chance as the other rewards? There's 13 possibilities, so does that mean the chance for a BWG is 1/13? Or does the particularly good rewards have a lower chance at being received? What's your experiences?
(If it is the latter, I'm sure it applies to all EQ's.)
It might all come down to luck, yes, but you need less luck in order to get something with a 1/13 chance than a 1/50th, etc, chance.
