At this point it's your word against theirs, but i'm sure they have the proof. So i'll take their word for it.
Or we can wait for them to post proof, lololol. I remember once some kid made a thread somewhere about how he was banned innocently, then some GM showed up and posted a video on youtube of him hacking.
For all of you saying that he must've done something wrong to get banned, I'd say stay out of the verdict on it. Just as we can say that he must've did something wrong and hasnt told the whole story, we can also say that because we dont know the whole story (least we dont know the GM side of it, which we'll probably never hear), we dont know he's absolutely guilty and wasnt just banned by mistake or for something he didnt do.
As someone above has mentioned, GM's arent perfect, they make mistakes too so why are we all so quick to jump onto this dude and say he did something wrong withou telling us? I mean, we ARE talking about nexon here, the group who just banned people who gained over x amount of exp during the bigfoot epidemic, the group who we constantly laugh at and complain about automated tickets, the company who's autoban system used to catch innocents with those said innocents able to avoid the ban by just ending maple without clicking anything, etc. Are you REALLY saying this guy is guilty of something just because Nexon deemed him so?
Really, if he was banned for making fun of israelis, then I think a large portion of maple would be banned, lol. We'd see I'd say maybe 20-30% of maple gone for one sort of racism or harassment or whatnot; No one's perfect and we all have bad days. You catch someone on a bad day and they'll say something that can get them in trouble. Simple as that.
Tl;dr~Im not saying he's guilty, Im not saying he's innocent, Im just saying that we shouldnt judge him as guilty just because Nexon has done so. Nexon isnt perfect and the fact that apparently multiple people got banned, perhaps he <might> have a claim in his "innocence".
