Did you have any accounts of yours perma banned for no reason? Or did one of your friends have their accounts perma banned for no reason?
Log a ticket if you did get banned. Nexon needs to know that theres something glitchy about May 20th
There's always more to the story than people make it seem. If a GM reviewed your ban and denied your appeal, then you're not telling us the entire story... but why should you? You wouldn't want to implicate yourself. How do you know your ban wasn't tied to another character on your account? I would think a GM has the ability ban a character at any point, even if they were logged on another character.
At this point it's your word against theirs, but i'm sure they have the proof. So i'll take their word for it.
