And this has really gone on for too long. BOTH sides are right, but wrong at the same time. There's a middle ground to reach. Why not stop bickering and discuss it instead of arguing? (It sounds like arguing and back-and-forth he-said/she-said to me.)
I'm a bishop without an EW. I want an ele wand. However, if the change is implemented, I would sell it and go on with a loss of mesos. Because, yes, the prices would fluctuate as suddenly a certain class would not be using it anymore. However, I would go own with my life. I'm barely 134, and yeah, I know it'll be tough to ohko skeles, but in all actuality I don't need that to have fun. I like damage, and ohko would help me sell leech and help my friends/guildies more, but it's not necessary. I wouldn't be estactic, but I wouldn't quit.
However, that's not to say that others wouldn't quit. I know a couple friends that would quit, and I don't like that. While I want the wands fixed for the sake of accuracy, I don't want my friends to quit. So I don't really want to choose. And it's up to Nexon in the end really.
There WILL be an effect. Every action has a reaction, and one must always consider the consequences of one's actions. That's not to say it will end the game, but it will have an effect, and disappoint quite a few of ms's 1 million plus customers. Not just bishops, but merchanters too.
So there, that's the input from me hoping to close the gap here. I can't remember all I wanted to type, but here's what wasn't forgotten.
And yeah, I feel the same way that those that put up the suggestion for a wand for bishops. It's a good idea, and if they imiplemented it at the same time as fixing the EW's, then even though EW prices would go down, people wouldn't have TOO much to gripe about. Merchanters would, but prices are always affected, so I'm sure they'll shrug it off like they did when a lot of other items went down in price.
