I have read every post in this thread, an hour to do it but that's cause I didn't log on to post my own posts o-o
I hope they change it, everyday (lol) I hope. I do not care about the training speed of my arch mage. I care about the damage. My friend was doing a zak run and I asked if I could go, he said no. I asked why, he replied "it's not my fault you picked a mage." I was appalled, he didn't insult me, he didn't call me weak because my damage was mediocore. He said I was weak because I picked a mage. Sickening really. (Shout out to Barsark)
I made a thread many moons ago about that KMS or JMS or WhateverMS arch mage training at cornians. That video is why I still play my mage, I could have stripped him along time ago for a spearman, hunter, bandit, assassin but, I don't. I hope that they Obama the elemental wands (yes Obama them) not to reduce bishops' damage, because I could honestly careless how fast Mr. Heal@bosses levels. He can level as fast as he wants but, at a boss, he'll just heal. I want to do damage, I know full well it will never be close to the best but, I want to do some damage to seem sort of useful when weapon immunity is buffed at HT and Zakum. I like to feel useful, not being useful is why I didn't make a paladin. (Sorry MysticHLE)
I hate using blizzard to mindlessly gain levels but, once again I do what i must. If they ever "fix" the wands and staffs (I think its staves but i dont know) I just want a lightning one to go and kill cornians with my level 7 ID and maxed Ifrit. Looks like fun
All in all, just give us archs our boost and we'll stop whining, for the most part. x]
