The rest I can somewhat agree with but this (bolded) isn't true. With that same 37 stats the lukless can equip level 38 overall (4 int instead of the ~9 stats of a level 80-90), and all the other "best" gear is about equal to lukless. 8 matk Flamekeeper Cordon, 5 int YSS, and of course Zakum helmet. It ends up with about a 5-6 int advantage, assuming equal scrolling opportunity (which considering the items in question may not be true).
