Well, to throw my little vote in, I picked number four. Every other version of the game that has these things has them working the same way, so it's only reasonable to expect that ours should be fully and properly implemented, which at the moment they are not.
I'll be honest and state, for the record, that I am jealous of the extreme leveling potential Bishops have even without these broken weapons. However, that's just the way the game is, and if I really wanted to level that fast I'd have to make a Bishop myself. This would take me at least another year, so I won't do it.
With the current half-assed elemental weapons, they gain even more power.
So, yeah, I'd like them to be fixed.
One problem Nexon may have with fixing them would be that, if they admitted there is a problem with these weapons, then every Bishop who has used one is suddenly guilty of violating the Terms of Use, by exploiting a design flaw for personal gain. They would then have to decide, as with the broken Bigfoot, whether to punish these people somehow or just let them slide. They'd probably do nothing, but it's still a question that might arise.
