A thought crossed my mind, wouldn't weapon specific be more effective than job specific. You gave paladins and heroes different status affect scrolls even though a great majority of them use the same weapon. As well, the different mages were given different status affects even though they many times use the same weapons. Also, would they force the item to be bound to you once scrolled so no one can use your weapon's status or would the affect lose all chances of working when the incorrect job is holding the equip? Lower jobs too cause confusion, you seemed to jump around on your descriptions, is it suppose to be all jobs of the paths, such as the scrolls for paladins can be used by pages as well or is it paladin only, and as for the scroll for spearmen, would it work all through the jobs? Sorry for all the questions, just some things I noticed.
