Anyone else get their pet email?

Hmm, so they're still giving them out? Are there any criteria that you would meet to get this? Sorry if it sounds intrusive, but are you active, did you join the game recently, what level is your main etc. It would really help pinpoint why some people get them and others (like me) don't.
