The older the server after the prices settle from opening, the lower the prices will go on everything, and they will continue to deprecate with the exception of a few commodities, and you should know what they are.
Yes, but do they depreciate rapidly like what we're talking about? Over time, people accept that some of the value of their items just goes away because they become more plentiful or because people are strong enough/gach enough to get said item. However, if bishops were to incur reductions, the market would be flooded with weapons. While you could expect a normal weapon to depreciate by maybe as much as 10-20%, these wands will end up on the market depreciating in excess of 50% in likely less than 2 weeks. That isn't something people are just going to blindly "accept", no matter how you put it.
