Please don't think like this. I have a 130 Ice Ele Wand and 103 Lit Staff. Eos is level 200 already and from her avatar has at least the 163 Ice Staff. I'm sure some of the others that agree that the wands should have the penalty also have wands/staves as well and derive little to no benefit from having the penalty implemented. What we are fighting for is for all Archmages to have easier access an upgrade which should have been given to every Archmage through updates to their skills. Let's face it an elemental weapon in the hands of a Bishop is one less in the hands of an Archmage. Even the Poison and Lightning ones which are less desirable need to be available as some people would gladly settle for a 10% boost to their Meteor/Blizzard as I did when I bought my Lit Staff. Also you can't assume that some mages wouldn't want their Single target spells to be as strong as they can get them. If the penalty is implemented and the prices don't fall, at least the weapons will still be on the market until the day comes, when all those Archmages who are patiently saving for one, would be able to have the ability to purchase one more readily.
