I have come up with a slightly insane idea.
But it might just work.
Maybe.
We have the goggles. All over, in fact. And everywhere someone goes they see them. That's all fine and dandy, but...
I say we make them paranoid.

If you look close enough, zoom in if you must, you'll that it's somewhat transparent. Yup, that's right, WE PUT GOGGLES BEHIND IMAGES.
Imagine, a world of goggles hidden behind images set to 9x% transparency! Everywhere someone turns they go "Ugh... I'm seeing things..."
Goal is to drive at least 5 people insane.
