Let the hit points remain the same, then, and just increase the defense, atk, etc..

I suppose the bad part about Maplestory is that there's only one way to play it as far as leveling up goes. You do it right or the character fails. I wish it didn't have to be that way.

Personally, I think I'd like to see a hardcore mode. You die, and your character is deleted. Try playing that with Aran and see how long you survive. Or try playing hardcore with Aran in JMS, the high damage version of maplestory, and see how long you last!
