My method was going from 1-4, recoiling down to the platform on the right side of 5, killing the lone Windraider there, dropping down to the fat platform between 8 and 9, recoiling over to 7, wings + recoiling over to the platform above 11, dropping down to 12, and returning to the original position. This minimizes travel and positioning time.
Watching your video, it seems that outlaws are really bad at windraiders. O.o
It took too long to clear one platform. I'm sorry if you are offended by this but this is what I saw.
