I don't think this is a very efficient method until you can kill Stormbreakers in 4-5 hits. Strombreakers take much longer than Windbreakers to kill if you're 6x or low 7x and only provide 2x the experience. The right side of the map is a waste of time until you can make use of the Stormbreaker platforms.

My method was going from 1-4, recoiling down to the platform on the right side of 5, killing the lone Windraider there, dropping down to the fat platform between 8 and 9, recoiling over to 7, wings + recoiling over to the platform above 11, dropping down to 12, and returning to the original position.
