Cygnus impressions

So uhm, what would happen if I would have:
- lvl 150 Shadower
- lvl 140 Buccaneer
- lvl 10 Striker

Would:
- The Shadower "buff" the Buccaneer and Striker with +15watt
- The Buccaneer "buff" the Shadower with +12watt?

Bucc would buff Shad with 15 watt.

That's not possible, who gets the +12watt (Cygnus Blessing) then?

Every character gets the 15watt buff? heh? I really dont get it... :o
