Oh my mistake, I was trying to think of the name of the other one but it wasn't quite ringing a bell. The neutrality of that statement is pretty much a case that a lot of us can agree on. No, bishops shouldn't WHINE per se, but neither should archmages see bishops using these things as "unfair" and a reduction a means to an unclear end. I trust the OP will be updating the forum on the situation regarding this matter that is evidently near and dear to her heart, but the opinion I espouse, as with many that have already posted, is that we don't NEED an answer and that Nexon probably doesn't want to give one either. Knowing this makes it all the more comforting to know that its been as many years since these wands were released with no penalty without explanation.
