Is Nexon scamming us?

I see quite a few people with "Kradia" in their name running around. Either the rule about server names in IGNs is new, or it's not enforced.

A guy in my alliance won the $25.
Two other allies won minor prizes (cs effects).
3 people out of a 100-person guild. Pretty good odds, actually.

Or just freakin' lucky. We can compare the amount of prizes to the amount of people that actually play, then we can see the chances of winning are very, very small.
