Currently it appears to be the right door that leads to pink bean, not the middle.
In any case, I'd reason that there is only one temple, and that going in the other 2 doors would lead us down the same road. Except one being the time temple in the past, and one in the future. Based on current understanding, I'd fathom that the Time Temple of the past would be free from enemies, or at least controlled.

The temple itself is a monument in the sky to the goddess who rules over the Maple World. Currently, she is asleep, and in her slumber a dark man has risen to cause chaos in the Maple World. The temple is separated into three parts each with its own unique boss.
I'd reason that she was once awake, but is now asleep. In the past, maybe it is calm and serene, but in the future, even more powerful monsters lurk there, as the chaos could have gone out of control.
