I think it's stupid to let Merchants take all the scrolls and hoard them as well. Let's say I went to every grocery store and bought every apple in all of them. Then if people want delicious apples, they would have to come to me. However, I'm charging extra for them. Sure, there will be more apples, but not a lot for a while.

After writing this I thought "Oh wait Onyx Apples"
