Actually, it would only be the same if said people were to camp every single monster that drops *scroll* and completely prevent others from accessing it, just to drive the price up. That's what Excellent did with Zakum, held EVERY channel and raised their helm prices. The supply is not from the people, it is from the monster, and Excellent cut it off.
