maybe because "they" use it? maybe because "they" already have it maxed and don't want to spend 250$ in SP resets to get the points out into something that won't improve in any noticeable way?
and they're not "weak"... it's just arrow bombs are "stronger"... 13-14k at lvl 122 on a mob of 6 *fire weak mind you >.>* is NOT weak
