Inferno vs Arrow Bomb

I don't understand how the people who actually agree that Inferno is useless still support putting more than one point in it. Sure, maybe the last few points of hawk and thrust aren't necessary, but they're a good deal better than a weak attack skill you'll never use, right?

I dunno why people still support it, but I was a big fan of it back before we had 4th job and SE and back when Arrow Bomb was an even weaker attack couldn't impact KB anything. It had plenty of uses in 3rd job. It was definitely invaluable when fighting Headless Horseman in that map with the Elder Wraiths.
