I sort of noticed something odd when I first saw Fiel's post...
Stage 0 --> 0 seconds
Stage 1 --> 1 second
Stage 2 --> 3 seconds
Stage 3 --> 5 seconds
Stage 4 --> 7 seconds
Stage 5 --> 9 seconds
...So is that little bump from 9s to 12s in charge time with Level 21 Assassinate is nothing more than flavor text? xD (Unless there are other stages.
