Just discard elemental advantage if they were to do that o.O
Give each charge a set amount of % boost, and status effect.
Like ice = 150%, can freeze.
Fire = 170%, poison-like burning damage.
Lightning = 180%, paralyze(slow?)
Holy = 200%, dispel(or no effect at all)
