It's not just embarrassing for them, look at who reports the glitches. It's us, we report the glitches, and what do they do? They basically turn around and say; "All these quests works, you guys are just stupid and don't know how to make them work." I mean that's essentially what I get from stuff like this. Why would we report incorrect behavior in their game if it freakin' worked the way it was supposed to?
No reason to get too upset though. No matter how things may seem to change on the outside, you should always count on things like this from Nexon, cause on the inside, they are still the same old idiots that have been running it the whole time. I don't care about content, or leveling becoming easier for a month, fix the damn glitches and I'll be happy, and when you release new content, try not to screw up content that's been out for years in the process, and release the new stuff without so many damn issues.
