Have there been any bans due to Fraps?

unless i'm terribly mistaken nxjoew said that he himself used/uses fraps, and i know i remember him saying that they used it for catching hackers. so all posts here summed up basically say:

1)fraps is not going to get you banned, go ahead and use it, plenty of people do.

2) they could ban you for it if they really hated you enough to, but if they hated you that much then they'd probly just kick you and not explain it. they don't need a reason.
