Looks pretty good, except for that you can already have wifes by marriage.
I think there should be an option if other people can view your blacklist or not. Also, blacklisted people shouldn't get a notice that you blacklisted them, or when you're near. That will only mean they go after you. Though the "being blacklisted by" thing could count as an extra defame or something. But the blacklist should be expanded to like 1000 slots so we can list every jerk we ever run into.
