Its not about making it easier to get to lvl 100 its about giving the players the ability to experience more fun skills faster instead of wasting away at the keyboard trying to reach skills/ability to kill certain monsters. I dont have time to lvl to 200, but it would be really nice if I could reach the other levels faster.
