Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies, and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind are good. I also heard good things about My Neighbor Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service.
Mononoke Hime, Laputa Castle in the Sky, Nausicaa, PomPoko and Totoro are in my top 20 of all-time movies. Damn, I watch Nausicaa at least once a month.
