3. Gathering up the Lacking Ingredients
Similar to the previous one, this quest has an absurdly low requirement of just one etc. item, a 100-Year-Old Bellflower. However, instead of hunting for a special rare item to get a good reward, Mr. Ku wants you to get as many 100-Year-Old Bellflower etc. items as you can. The rewards start improving at 100, and they'll get better up until you hit 1,000, after which it's the same no matter how many.

Fixed. Ginseng was the ingredient Mr. Ku didn't have because pirates kept on stealing his stash, so he was looking for an alternative instead.

There's a low lvl quest on my GPQ sin's quest log with a maximum lvl of 29, called "The Secret Group" or something like that from Manji. I do not know what it's about...
